• 2.5.08: Maui Thing takes to the streets at First Friday in Wailuku
Music wafts from indoor and outdoor spaces, unique art fills courtyards, friends meet to eat and drink. Welcome to Wailuku Town's First Friday street party where shops and businesses stay open late and a wide array of interesting booths delight shoppers and browsers alike.

Of course the main reason you can't miss it, is because our
Maui Thing booth will be debuting outside of Brown-Kobayashi Antiques this week. We've got a bunch of new one-of-a-kind tees and active lifestyle clothing, great to show off to your friends or give away as gifts. Don't be shy. Come by and say hello.
The block party will feature different entertainment and activities the first Friday of every month. The event is scheduled from 5 to 7:30 p.m., although diehards will probably stay and socialize into the wee hours. If the boss makes you stay late to work that night, you can still view the festivities live at
www.wailukucam.com, courtesy of Kama'aina Loan, Cash for Gold and the Ebay Store.
First Friday is free and open to the public. A list of events and discounts are available at all participating First Friday Wailuku merchants.
Be sure to mark down the first Friday every month on your calendar. It's guaranteed to be fun for you and good for the community too!
